Cell Revolution Marketplace – Terms and Conditions

1. Order Submission

  • Dealers are free to submit their orders and offers through the Cell Revolution Marketplace.
  • This marketplace is for B2B transactions only and is not intended for individual retail sales.

2. Marketplace Authority

  • The Cell Revolution Marketplace team reserves full rights to accept or decline any offers or orders at its sole discretion.
  • The Marketplace team may cancel any order if:
    • Payment is not received within 24 hours, or
    • There are issues identified with the order.
  • Once an order is confirmed, if payment is not made within 24 hours, the dealer's account may be suspended.

3. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Wire Transfer
  • ACH
  • Zelle
  • CashApp
  • Melio
  • Credit Key

4. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders will be processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • All marketplace orders are subject to shipping charges, which will be included in the final invoice.
  • Shipping will be processed to the address provided in your website account at sign-in.
  • If you need to change your shipping address, you must inform the Marketplace team or your account manager before shipping is initiated.
  • All shipments will be processed through UPS with UPS Capital Insurance for added protection.
  • Once an order has been shipped, Cell Revolution Marketplace will not take any responsibility for the package.
  • Dealers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
  • For any lost packages, we can assist you in filing a claim with UPS Capital Insurance.

5. Product Color Requests

  • Any color requests for phones will be fulfilled subject to availability.
  • If no color preference is specified at the time of order, the Marketplace team will process the order with available colors at its discretion.
  • Color availability is not guaranteed.

6. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

  • Any return phones must be submitted through an RMA Request.
  • All phones are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.
  • Any RMA request submitted after 30 days of purchasing will be rejected.
  • Once we receive the phone, our team will inspect and verify its condition.
  • If the RMA is approved, the Cell Revolution Marketplace team will issue a replacement device.
  • The Marketplace team will guide you on whether to ship the phone back or if we will arrange a pickup.
